About the opportunity
We're looking for a Transport Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm and every 3rd Sunday as rostered.
The main focus of this role will be to provide top customer service and data administration support to the wider Transport team and external customers
Key responsibilities include:
Take customer bookings, requests, and answer all incoming calls
Managing the data entry process ensuring all consignments and orders are keyed on the day of movements
Give clear direction to Drivers of any customer needs or requirements
Ensure efficient communication between the Drivers, customers, and branches
About you:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
We are open to a range of experience, customer service or accounts experience is desirable
Data entry experience with great attention to detail & accuracy
Microsoft 365 suite and SAP experience is desirable
Experience within the Transport, Logistics or Produce industry would be an advantage
