About the opportunity
As an Operations Fulfilment Coordinator, you'll be part of a small team overseeing end-to-end order fulfilment of T&G's apples, from customer order to delivery. This hands-on role is central to T&G's S&OP and Supply Chain processes operating efficiently and meeting market demand. Based in Whakatu, this position will start in January 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless order fulfilment in SAP from customer order to delivery
- Manage logistics bookings and ensure all shipments comply with internal and external standards.
- Ensure inventory is aligned with market requirements
- Track shipments and keep stakeholders updated to inform their decision-making
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to streamline processes and drive operational improvements.
Due to the 24/7, global nature of our business, availability to work additional hours during peak season (March to May) and to attend meetings outside of NZ business hours is required. We offer a flexible, hybrid working environment with a mix of onsite and work-from-home.
About you
- Experience in an administration, operations, logistics, shipping or supply chain role
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Proactive team-player with a solution-focused working style
- Strong computer skills, including SAP and/or order management systems
