About the opportunity 

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving operational efficiency? We are looking for a Seasonal Packaging Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing packaging inventory, ensuring accurate stock reporting, and coordinating the movement of packaging materials to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Report Analysis: Produce daily stock-on-hand reports to support packaging replenishment decisions, conduct annual full inventory counts, and assist with packaging reporting as needed.
• Hawk Tray Consignment Stock Management: Maintain and segregate Hawk consignment stock, ensuring proper barcode scanning, stock adjustments, and transfers to meet operational needs.
• Inwards Goods Receipt: Coordinate the receival and goods receipt of packaging materials, ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing.
• Packaging Storage Management: Oversee an organized packaging store, implement FIFO systems, manage internal movements of packaging materials, and ensure the safe storage of materials in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Health & Safety Leadership: Lead by example in all safety matters, support the implementation of H&S policies, and track and report incidents to reduce workplace hazards and injuries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, logistics, and finance
• A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance in the workplace
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems is preferred
