About the opportunity
We're looking for an Administrator to join our team based in Tauranga, This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday - Friday from 6am to 2.30pm.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for efficiently processing sales and data related to our customer base. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various operational tasks, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver exceptional service to both our customers and internal teams.
Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and stellar service to our clients.
About you
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Good literacy and numerical skills.
- Experience with SAP software would be desirable
