Join Our Team as a Quality Assessor – Hawkes Bay
We are seeking motivated Quality Assessors to join our team in Hawkes Bay for the upcoming apple season! While prior experience is preferred, we provide full training to help you succeed. This is a full-time, seasonal position starting now and ending in approximately May, with hours Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4.30pm. Weekend shifts may also be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing field bin fruit quality to ensure it meets export standards.
- Liaising effectively with growers and orchard managers.
- Accurate data entry into our systems.
- Reporting any quality concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
About You: To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Comfortable with data entry and using basic technology.
- Reliable transportation (minimum restricted driver’s license required, full license preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
