T&G is entering a new chapter in technology.

We're building a new technology leadership team to help shape how T&G works, grows and connects around the world. From data and AI to cyber security, engineering, digital workplace and enterprise delivery, these leaders will help create the technology capability that enables T&G to grow, adapt and perform at its best.

We're looking for a Head of Delivery & PMO to lead the capability that turns technology ambition into measurable business outcomes.

The opportunity

This is a new leadership role with the opportunity to shape how technology and business change is prioritised, governed and delivered across T&G.

You'll establish and lead an enterprise PMO, creating greater visibility across our portfolio and helping leaders make better decisions about investment, priorities, capacity and delivery.

You'll bring together portfolio and programme management, business analysis, process improvement, agile and hybrid ways of working, and benefits realisation into a more consistent, outcome-focused delivery capability.

A big part of your role will be making sure we're not simply delivering projects, but delivering the value those projects were intended to create.

You'll work closely with the CIO, IT leadership team, Executive Leadership Team and business leaders to bring clarity to a complex portfolio, challenge constructively and create the conditions for successful change.

What you'll shape

• Establish and lead an enterprise PMO, including portfolio governance, prioritisation, planning and reporting.

• Create a clear approach to benefits realisation, ensuring investment is linked to measurable business outcomes.

• Establish delivery standards, governance and assurance across projects and programmes.

• Evolve T&G's approach to agile, hybrid and traditional delivery, using the right approach for the work rather than a one-size-fits-all methodology.

• Provide oversight of major programmes and initiatives, helping resolve dependencies, risks and constraints.

• Lead the business analysis capability and strengthen how we define problems, requirements, value and outcomes.

• Build process management and improvement capability across change initiatives.

• Improve visibility of technology capacity, demand and investment across the portfolio.

• Develop the people, capability, standards and tools needed to create a high-performing delivery environment.

What you'll bring

We're looking for a senior delivery or transformation leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution.

You'll bring significant leadership experience across delivery, PMO or transformation environments, with a strong track record of establishing or leading enterprise delivery governance.

You'll understand how to work across agile, hybrid and traditional delivery models and will be comfortable operating at executive level, providing clear insight into delivery performance, risk, investment and value.

You'll also bring strong business analysis, process improvement and benefits realisation experience, together with the confidence to challenge constructively when something isn't working.

Most importantly, you'll know that good delivery isn't about methodology for its own sake. It's about creating clarity, accountability and momentum so that change delivers something valuable.
