This role has been created as part of the evolution of our People function and reflects our commitment to building stronger systems, smarter processes and greater capability for the future.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our People systems while playing a key role in one of T&G's most significant People initiatives, the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Working alongside People & Culture, Payroll, IT and external partners, you'll become our internal systems expert, helping ensure our current platforms deliver maximum value while supporting the selection, implementation and ongoing optimisation of our future HRIS.

From improving processes and system capability through to supporting leaders, maintaining data integrity and delivering training, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how our people experience technology across the business.

You'll also be part of our People Direct team, providing advice and support to leaders and employees across a wide range of People processes.

What you'll be doing

You'll:

• Support the planning, implementation and ongoing optimisation of T&G's new HRIS

• Act as the subject matter expert for our People systems, providing technical support and guidance

• Identify opportunities to improve, automate and simplify People processes

• Partner with IT, Payroll and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements

• Manage system administration, security, reporting and data integrity

• Support testing, training, change readiness and user adoption during system implementation

• Contribute to our centralised People Direct service, providing responsive support to leaders and employees

About you

You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and making systems work better for the people who use them.

You might already be an HRIS Administrator, HR Systems Coordinator, HR Operations Specialist or People Coordinator with strong systems experience, and you're looking for an opportunity where you can influence how a business uses technology to improve the employee experience.

You'll also bring:

• Experience working with HR systems, such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS

• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements or process improvement initiatives

• Degree qualified in HR, or similar

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity to learn

• The ability to balance technical detail with great customer service

Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Systems would be highly regarded.
