We’ve created a brand-new Site Services Engineer role to help ensure our state-of-the-art packhouses and cool stores run safely, reliably and efficiently. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role, working across utilities, buildings, fleet and site services to keep operations moving and continuously improving.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the performance, maintenance and compliance of site services and utilities (excluding refrigeration and packhouse assets)

• Managing contractors, fleet, buildings, grounds and site infrastructure

• Driving improvements that lift efficiency, safety and sustainability

• Supporting capital projects and future site upgrades

• Being a visible leader in health, safety and compliance across the site

What we’re looking for

• A degree or trade qualification in Engineering (or similar)

• Experience in site services, maintenance or industrial utilities within a production environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operation

• Confidence working with contractors, systems and stakeholders
