About the opportunity
We're looking for a fixed term Administrator to join our team based in Auckland. This is for a parental leave cover starting ASAP and ending in January 2026.
As our Administrator you will be responsible for managing the growing division's operation administration and financial processes across T&G Fresh Northland. Reporting to our Commercial Manager - Berries & Stone fruit and part of the Northland leadership team, you'll enjoy the variety of managing administration and finance processes for our growing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and action operations, process, and cost efficiencies
- Support the Finance Partner to prepare reports, budgets, models and forecasts
- Lead invoicing, grower payments, expense allocations, balance sheet, stock and timesheet reconciliations
- Support audit and compliance data entry and reporting
About you
- Experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good financial skills with the ability to create accurate reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP would be desirable
