About the Role
As a Supply & CI Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our orchard operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will implement daily management system practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and support impactful projects that directly influence the success of our orchards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with orchard managers and independent suppliers to introduce and implement best practices and cutting-edge growing systems.
- Support sector-wide plans and block strategies with clear goals, activities, and metrics to enhance orchard performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and deep dives into technical and operational challenges, delivering actionable recommendations to drive improvement.
- Support orchard activities, including thinning, harvesting, pruning, and pest management.
- Train and mentor seasonal team members
- Lead operational A3 projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture by ensuring compliance with policies and proactively managing risks.
About you

- Experience in orchard operations, technical problem-solving, or similar roles.

- A strong commitment to implementing world-class orchard practices.
- Strong health and safety focus, with a hands-on approach to risk management.
