The Opportunity:
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a new, premium apple brand, set to play a central role in our overall apple strategy. You will oversee its launch and long-term growth within a competitive market, driving success for this exciting new brand while maintaining the strength of our existing iconic brands.
In addition to launching a new brand, you will also be the lead on all global brand tracking, collection of market and consumer data insights, and consumer research. It is essential that the person in this role is able to turn data into actionable insights across markets. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing scorecards to be used across the business.
Finally, you will work across all our key global markets (Asia, North America, Europe) with a particular focus on partnering with our North America and EU teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive brand strategy rollout across all global markets - creating demand and growth for all our global apple brands.
- Provide global brand and marketing support to in-market teams, and markets that we manage directly.
- Ownership of the tracking, reporting and use of brand tracking data, market data and consumer insights and research. Creating action and growth from data insights.
- Collaborate with teams globally to effectively position our brands aligned to strategy, ensuring stand-out presence and impact in a competitive landscape, and alignment with broader commercial goals.
- Provide strategic brand and marketing support to leaders, contributing to decisions that shape the long-term direction of the brand and category, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Develop and execute innovative, results-driven marketing activity with a focus on ROI.

- The opportunity to develop and rollout a new global brand. Working with the Head of Marketing to shape a brand’s identity, positioning, and long-term growth strategy. This provides the opportunity to build a premium global brand from the ground up, creating lasting demand and a strong market presence.
- You’ll apply your expertise in brand innovation to lead the marketing for an exciting, premium product with the potential to redefine the apple category.
- You’ll shape the brand’s positioning in the competitive apple market, ensuring it not only stands out but also complements and elevates established leaders like ENVY™. You’ll manage the delicate balance of driving growth while protecting the market position of existing brands.
- You can own and shape the direction the business takes in its collection and use of brand, market and consumer data. This provides the opportunity to have real impact on the growth of brands through turning insights into action. You will also own the global agency relationships.
About You:
We are looking for a high-performer, who thrives in a fast-paced results-oriented environment. A team player who is collaborative, a good influencer and someone who enjoys working with multi-cultural global teams.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in brand management and development, brand strategy, turning brand, market and consumer data into actionable insights, and product innovation management. Particularly in FMCG, fresh produce, or related industries.
- Proven experience in brand building across markets, with a track record of developing and executing strategies that enhance brand identity, drive consumer engagement, and establish market leadership.
- A strategic mindset, balancing creative innovation with data-driven decision-making to keep the broader business objectives in focus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
