We are now looking to enhance our marketing and sales operations across Asia with a newly created Route-to-Customer Analyst role, offering a unique opportunity to significantly impact how we reach and serve our customers.
The Role:
Based in our Singapore office, this newly created position offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic FMCG environment, designing and optimizing the entire order-to-cash process and unlocking new growth opportunities. You will gain valuable regional exposure, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing tools, metrics and reports to optimize the full order-to-cash process, enabling more informed decision-making.
- Analysing and integrating data from internal and external sources to uncover opportunities and generate actionable insights.
- Building standardized scorecards and toolkits to track and measure performance across markets.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies with broader business goals.
- Enhancing processes to improve customer penetration and create greater value.
- Supporting sales operations to free up leadership for more strategic initiatives.
By establishing standardized processes and expanding distribution channels, you’ll ensure we’re delivering value to both customers and stakeholders. This role isn’t just about pulling reports — It’s about bringing the insights to empower strategic decisions.
Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a data-driven problem solver with a passion for innovation and results, who can confidently demonstrate:
- Expertise in data analytics, business process optimization, and RTC/RTM.
- A background in FMCG, with experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
- The ability to draw meaningful insights from data and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
