The Role:
As our Global Brand Manager, you’ll lead, shape, and activate our world-renowned apple brands – ENVY™, JAZZ™, and future brands – across global markets including Asia, North America, UK, and Europe. This role is truly global, offering a unique opportunity to take on the brand-building power typically reserved for international hubs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with in-market teams to activate and amplify our brands’ presence globally. This role goes beyond execution – you’ll shape the brand and brand strategy, with a focus on our leading JAZZ™ brand.
- Collaborate with in-house designers and partners to develop and deliver best-in-class branded content and marketing plans.
- Lead social media strategy, architecting a compelling presence that resonates globally.
- Drive tailored brand activations, ensuring market-specific impact across digital, point-of-sale, and packaging.
- Assist in the development of shopper marketing strategies, creating toolkits and templates to drive brand engagement from shelf to cart.
- Use actionable insights from a range of metrics to guide strategy.
- Work with internal teams to build excitement and understanding of our brands across every corner of our business.
About You:
This role is ideal for a high performer – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table. This isn’t a step-up role; we’re looking for a seasoned Brand Manager with experience in FMCG marketing, especially those who understand the complexities of a multi-brand, multi-market environment. Perhaps you’ve transitioned from agency to client-side, bringing a blend of creative and strategic insight.
You’ll bring experience in brand activation and shopper marketing, demonstrated success in managing social media strategies and crafting engaging digital content, and ideally, experience with global or multi-regional teams. With a data-driven approach, you’ll confidently turn insights into action, guiding impactful brand decisions.
