About the opportunity
We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our fresh produce sales and operations team, based in Hamilton. This role is tasked with driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer and grower relationships, and achieving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric sales team
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and growers
- Maximise sales and revenue to expand market share and achieve profitable growth
- Develop forecasts and supply programmes that align with customer demand
- Implement operational initiatives to optimise site efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with T&G Fresh's Key Account & Marketing teams to build effective account plans
Our Branch Managers nationwide play a key role in T&G Fresh's leadership team and there is real opportunity to take our high performing Hamilton market to the next level. An attractive salary package is on offer including an incentive scheme and company vehicle.
