Operations Manager
As part of our strategic growth across Asia, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to deliver exceptional operational and quality outcomes as part of our newly established Taiwan team.

As part of our strategic growth across the Asia region, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to deliver exceptional operational and quality outcomes and play a key role in our newly established Taiwan team.
About the opportunityThis is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and quality-driven supply chain operations. You’ll work across the full spectrum of operational activities to support commercial success and ensure that only the best fruit reaches our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations across planning, shipping, warehousing, inventory, and distribution to ensure high-quality fruit is delivered on time and in full.
- Oversee quality control processes, escalate key trends, and ensure inspection systems are robust and reliable.
- Work closely with the Taiwan sales team and the New Zealand head office to align supply with demand.
- Drive continuous improvement in S&OP processes, inventory management, and operational systems.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners to deliver reliable and cost-effective service.
- Oversee import processes and ensure compliance with customs procedures, tax regulations, and local laws.
About you
- Operations management expertise, leading end-to-end operational functions across logistics, S&OP, inventory, import/export, and quality control.
- Experience in the FMCG or fresh foods sector
- A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage with cross-functional, global teams
- Strong systems capability – ERP (Microsoft Navision or SAP ideally) and Excel
