As we continue to expand our footprint in Asia, we’re strengthening our market presence in Taiwan with a new office opening this month.
About the opportunity
We're looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join the new team we are building in Taiwan. Reporting to the newly appointed Taiwan Market Manager, this role will support all sales and operational activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the sales team to develop customer demand plans
- Monitor and report on volume, price, and sales data for the Sales team
- Monthly forecasting to develop customer delivery plans
- Work with the Operations team to ensure order fulfilment
- Key contact for retailers, wholesalers, third-party logistics, and T&G's Sales and Operations teams in Asia, NZ, and USA
- Support the Market Manager (Taiwan) and Regional Manager (Asia) with projects, meetings, presentations, and reporting
About you
- Previous experience in a sales or operational support role
- Experience in FMCG and/or an import environment would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong analytical and systems skills, i.e. Excel, SAP, IBP, and/or PowerBI
- Proactive, customer-centric style
- Business-level English, both written and verbal
