For over 125 years, T&G Fresh has nourished generations of Kiwis with fresh fruit and vegetables. We grow, pack, market, sell, distribute, import and export fresh produce from our own orchards and farms, as well as from over 700 Kiwi growers.

About the opportunity
We are looking for a permanent full-time Leading Hand to join our Christchurch team, This role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day flow of operations in each area. Reporting to the Stores & Warehousing Team Leader this position will have a strong focus on continuous improvement and strategic initiatives on site
The hours for this role will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 4:00am - 12:30pm
About you
- You will either be experienced in this type of role or be motivated to learn
- You will be the central point of communication for operational issues and instructions
- You will have a strong interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- A can do attitude and a willingness to work together with other leaders
- Keen to lead by example with a commitment to upskilling their team
