We’re now strengthening our operations in Asia with a newly created Hub Supervisor role – an opportunity to make an impact on how we manage quality and deliver excellence to our customers in Thailand.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Hub Supervisor to take the lead at our third-party logistics (3PL) facility and distributor locations across greater Bangkok. You’ll be responsible for protecting the quality and integrity of our premium fruit as it moves through the supply chain – from warehouse to wholesale market to customer.

You’ll spend most of your time out of the office, making real-time decisions and working closely with partners on the ground to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Spend the majority of your time in-market – at our 3PL warehouse, distributor sites, and wholesale markets.
• Take ownership of quality control, address operational issues, resolve claims, and uphold high product standards.
• Train distributor and retail staff on best-practice fruit handling techniques.
• Provide regular feedback on product quality and local market sentiment.
• Collaborate with our New Zealand-based Quality, Operations, and Sales teams, and local partners.

About you

• A background in food quality or post-harvest technology is preferred.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently – you’ll be trusted to lead on the ground with minimal supervision.
• Confidence in making timely operational decisions and handling challenges as they arise.
• Mid-level English to communicate with regional teams in New Zealand and North America.
