As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Role:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership and make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in executing impactful marketing plans tailored to the unique needs of the Thai market. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure all initiatives are strategic, aligned with business objectives, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and optimising marketing plans based on data-driven insights, ensuring plans are grounded in strategy, aligned with objectives, and delivering measurable value.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of initiatives.
• Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye for detail and executing with excellence.
• Understanding and communication of key consumer insights and trends from the Thai market to help regional and local teams shape brand strategy and plans.
• Integrate marketing and promotional activities within customer category frameworks, to deliver outcomes that meet both customer and T&G’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

With a few years of experience in marketing, you’re now ready to take on greater ownership and responsibility. You’ll be proactive, confident and resilient, with a strong work ethic. You’ll also confidently demonstrate:

• Experience in building, executing, and optimising marketing plans that align with business goals, and regional and global marketing plans.
• An understanding of the link between marketing activities and business objectives, with the ability to communicate the impact of marketing activity effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Business proficiency in both English and Thai is required.
