About the opportunity
We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support T&G's RSE facilities, equipment, and workforce in the Hawkes Bay. Our RSE employees are an important part of T&G's whanau and we strive to create a positive, healthy, and safe environment throughout their seasonal employment.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of RSE accommodation buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Liaise with landlords, property managers, and contractors
Monitor cleaning, rubbish disposal, laundry services, and garden maintenance
Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, registered and repaired where required
Provide pastoral care support for health and wellbeing
This role could suit an experienced Facilities or Property Manager, or someone with property / equipment maintenance or motel / camping ground accommodation experience.
You're a practical problem solver who enjoys a busy, hands-on role with lots of people interaction. An understanding of Pacific Island culture and language, or prior experience working with Pacific people and/or the RSE scheme would be an advantage.
A full drivers licence is essential as the salary package includes a company vehicle given the role will see you travelling between our Hawkes Bay sites.
