About the opportunities
This year, we're proud to have commissioned a world-class fruit packhouse in the Hawkes Bay. At 1.7 hectares, it's the largest packhouse in the southern hemisphere with an incredible array of automated and robotized technology, processing over 1000 bins of fruit per day.
We have FIVE brand new roles as we build a world-class Operations team at the best workplace the Hawkes Bay has to offer! We have an onsite gym, basketball court, walking track, barista coffee, plenty of delicious apples and enjoy celebrating success as a team (which usually involves kai!). Our Operations leadership team will invest in your training and development, and there are loads of opportunities for career growth within our large, global organisation.
We're recruiting both day-shift and night-shift for the roles below:
Packing Coordinator x 2
Oversee the daily operation of our fast-paced packing lanes, ensuring our people are engaged, quality focused, and the packing lanes operate safely and efficiently.
Finished Goods Coordinator x 1
Oversee the efficient running of finished goods from the creation of finished product, sealing, accumulation, stacking, strapping, palletization, labelling to submission to the Coolstore, and coordination of the forklift team.
Operations Technician x 2
Ensure optimal fruit placement, sizer speeds, market allocation, and people placement to maintain production flow and meet packing and production requirements, using world-class processing technology.
